Job Summary

Join our team as the Chef de Cuisine at Sandhill Kitchen Sundeck in Menlo Park, where you'll spearhead culinary operations at our upscale dining venue. This role, running Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, is perfect for a culinary professional with experience in high-volume and upscale dining environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead culinary operations in a beautifully designed space, focusing on lunch and happy hour service.

• Manage kitchen activities, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training, under the Executive Chef’s guidance.

• Ensure safe and efficient food production, adhering to HACCP guidelines and maintaining high standards of sanitation and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in volume operations and upscale dining, with a focus on quality, cost control, and trend-awareness.

• ServSafe certification.
