Provide samples to lab. Pack and label product into proper containers Report near miss incidents and improvement opportunities. Care of equipment and facility materials Operate Forklift SAP inventory look-upand SAP duties Tub washer. Gather and weigh ingredients. (Scale operation) Operate dust collector equipment. Participate on plant teams. and assist in training others Stock rotation / Minimization of partial containers. Ingredient traceability. Operate and trouble shoot mixing equipment. Preliminary quality checks. Fill-in for shipping and receiving positions. Press out units and trouble shooting. Canning line operation. Three roller mill operation and trouble shooting. In-plant fill-in. (Ink blending) Dispenser operation and trouble shooting. Kady mill, Horizontal mill & Specialty large tank operation and trouble shooting. Operation of equipment with an inerting system. Wear appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and work safely. Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training sessions. ISO - Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position duties & stays updated on all applicable procedures. Education and Experience High School diploma/GED Computer efficiency required. Candidates must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of safety. Candidates must possess sound verbal and written communication skills. Plus Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is helpful.
