We are searching for a Treasurer. In this role, you will be working in the banking industry, focusing on managing the bank's investment portfolio, overseeing cash flow strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for the financial stability and growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage cash flow strategies to optimize returns on investments

• Oversee the bank's investment portfolio, including selecting and monitoring investment opportunities

• Identify, analyze, and manage various financial risks, including interest rate risks, credit risks, and market risks

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to financial management and reporting

• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial goals and strategic plans

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes

• Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and regulatory agencies

• Develop investment strategies to achieve the bank's financial goals

• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions

• Ensure investment practices comply with regulatory requirements and align with the bank's risk tolerance

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions to meet operational and strategic needs

• Develop strategies for optimizing liquidity and managing cash flow

• Oversee relationships with financial institutions, including negotiating terms and managing service agreements

• Identify and implement appropriate treasury management software to meet the bank's treasury needs.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a treasurer or similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is essential.

• Must have experience with Financial software.

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions is needed.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Ability to manage the Annual Budget and Budget Processes is necessary.

• Capital Management and Cash Management skills are essential.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and act in the company's best interest.

• Experience in a leadership role within a finance or treasury department is advantageous.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of financial laws and guidelines is necessary.

• Must have the ability to present financial strategies and results to senior management.
