Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Recruiter in Memphis, Tennessee. The role involves working in the recruitment industry, with a focus on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring quality caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with human resource management to identify hiring needs, skill requirements, and shift availability ratios.

• Develop effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's current and future business needs.

• Utilize Applicant Track System (ATS) and HRIS to enhance the efficiency of sourcing and hiring caregivers.

• Ensure caregivers meet the required credentials in accordance with licensure, insurance, and facility requirements.

• Leverage various recruiting resources such as job boards, community resources, schools, and current employees.

• Implement hiring standards and practices aimed at improving employee retention and reducing turnover.

• Use ADP Workforce Now for efficient processing of recruitment tasks.

• Conduct background checks and benefit functions as part of the recruitment process.

• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Use CRM and About Time software to manage and monitor recruitment processes.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required.

• Demonstrable experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary.

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder and other job posting platforms is essential.

• Strong skills in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) are needed.

• Knowledge of About Time software is expected.

• Experience with Applicant Track Systems is a must.

• Ability to conduct Background Checks and understand their implications is required.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions in a corporate setting is necessary.

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
