responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing.

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff, fostering a positive work environment.

• Engage with and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure quality raw materials at optimal costs.

• Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.

• Analyze production costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.

• Contribute to the strategic planning for growth and expansion of the Memphis facility.

• Establish and uphold quality control standards to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting challenges and improvements.

• Oversee training and development of staff to enhance skills and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to foster a safe working environment.
