Robert Half Marketing Coordinator - Brand Transition and Integration in Memphis, Tennessee

Description

We are looking for someone with a creative edge who can manage multiple tasks while focusing on brand consistency and integration, contributing to a smooth and successful brand transition. The Marketing Coordinator - Brand Transition and Integration will play a key role in supporting the marketing acquisition transition managers and cross-functional teams on strategic marketing efforts. This role involves managing the workflow, communication, and reporting on key marketing deliverables to ensure seamless brand transition and integration. The coordinator will help drive customer-facing communications and brand initiatives while adhering to corporate goals and guidelines. The role’s ultimate objective is to coordinate and report on initiatives that support business goals for brand transition, communicating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project tracking and reporting for communications campaigns, including email, direct mail, and local advertising.

  • Collaborate with other departments (online and creative teams) to ensure alignment on goals and coordination of content and communications within the planned schedule.

  • Execute customer list generation for transition communications, distribute to partners (e.g., printers), validate lists with cross-functional teams, and proof results for accuracy.

  • Utilize call reporting dashboards and generate monthly reports for Marketing Analysts to update ROI data studio reports.

  • Track and analyze performance of local lead generation activities within brand transition projects.

  • Review vendor spend monthly against invoices to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinate customer-facing branding elements for branch transitions, including uniforms and truck wraps.

  • Assist in vendor research, vetting, and onboarding by ensuring new vendors are added to the system for AP and Procurement.

  • Maintain a partner and customer-focused mindset, providing flexibility and support to various roles within the small team when needed.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand management and marketing communications.

  • Experience or knowledge of decentralized route-based service industries is strongly preferred, with National and Regional Marketing experience.

  • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques, especially brand management and communications.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate composure and self-confidence in difficult situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background:

  • A creative background in editing, writing, direct mail, and email marketing.

  • Experience in creative team project management is strongly desired.
