We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with well-rounded skills to repair and maintain a variety of fixtures and equipment at our distribution site in Memphis, Tennesse.

Your Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support and meet customer performance indicators within your scope of responsibility. Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and you will be paid weekly at $21.00 per hour with a full benefits package.

Your Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment

• Detect faulty operations and defective materials, document and report issues

• Comply with safety regulations; maintain a clean and organized work areas

• Use full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists; climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

• Perform other tasks as assigned

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of experience in a maintenance role in a warehousing environment

• 1+ years of experience operating PIT equipment, scissor lift and floor scrubber

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 50 pounds each, and occasionally a push and pull wheeled dolly with products up to 100 pounds

• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)

• Can stand or walk for up to 10 hours

• Willing to work overtime and weekends

• English fluency
