Aerotek is hiring Maintenance Planner

Shift: M-F 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay: $38 - $40.50

Responsibilities

• Review equipment specifications and blueprints to determine material and labor needs.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

• Manage small capital projects and shutdowns.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite applications and CMMS to run reports and balance accounts.

• Accurately code data.

• Develop job tasks and procedures to determine manpower and equipment requirements.

• Order necessary materials.

• Develop schedules and charts.

• Run planning meetings.

• Establish and maintain a daily job status update system.

• Identify resource requirements.

• Create and communicate schedules with the team.

• Incorporate 'run to run' plans to optimize operational and contract resources.

• Prepare backlog (BWB).

• Understand and plan for shutdown operations.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical maintenance repair

• Maintenance technician experience

• Schedule planning

• Proficiency in CMMS

• Knowledge of valves and motors

• Previous experience in planning/scheduling (2 years)

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Proficiency in conveyor maintenance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• SAP experience is a large plus, but other maintenance software will be considered.

• Ability to go up and down stairs and ladders throughout the day.

• Ability to work in non-climate controlled and outdoor environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.50/hr.
