Description We are in search of a Logistics Analyst to join our retail team based in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain by managing the flow of goods and logistics services. The role will involve data input into ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, inventory management, and coordination of logistics activities among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify material shortages and coordinate orders for accurate requisition

• Input data accurately into ERP and Warehouse Management Systems

• Manage Fixture and Furniture orders in the designated web portal

• Support inventory management through monitoring and control tools

• Maintain inventory counts and storage locations, conducting periodic inventory checks

• Coordinate logistics activities with carriers to ensure accurate shipping

• Review, approve, and file invoices for accurate record-keeping

• Coordinate special projects between various departments and the warehouse

• Control the efficient flow of warehouse goods, logistics services, and information

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions and customer service tasks in relation to logistics operations. Requirements Monday - Friday 8-5 100% in office (Memphis, TN) contract 6-9 month long project Must have Excel and logistics experience
