Summary

The VP, Director of Martech Enablement will report to the SVP, Strategic Marketing & Omnichannel Enablement. This innovative pioneer is responsible for enabling initiatives that drive data and insights to activate measurable, personalized experiences for our clients across multiple touchpoints and to equip bankers to attract, retain and grow client relationships. This candidate will partner with others across the organization to advance the application of emerging capabilities in the data science, generative AI and ML spaces. This candidate is accountable for working with Marketing Analytics, CX and vendor partners to shape and deliver audiences and segments that will produce differentiated outcomes. The candidate will work with the CRM Enablement team to connect data and insights into the CRM platform and will work with the Performance Marketing channel teams to connect experiences through the orchestration and automation via our MarTech stack. This person can self-manage, respond and adjust to changing priorities and is detailed-oriented and is constantly seeking ways to improve marketing and data processes using state of the art platforms, tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to drive insights to activation across multiple channels to include Marketing and banker facing (CRM)

• Function as the key steward and expert for the application of AI / ML techniques to deliver differentiated experiences across segments

• Work with Enterprise Technology and other data stewards across the organization to find effective ways to blend governed insights into Salesforce CRM for banker enablement

• Partner with Performance Marketing (Channel, Analytics) and Creative Services teammates to deliver generative, dynamic, personalized experiences to clients and prospects

• Serve as an enabler for CX partners to advance closed loop experiences that bolster client relationship retention

• Lead efforts to enable digital marketing experiences and outcomes by applying understanding of connected AdTech and MarTech capabilities

• Oversee and ensure adherence to timelines, accuracy and consistency

Important Skills:

• Salesforce.com – working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales / Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Personalization, Data Cloud)

• Database Systems: relational and other core database platforms such as Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2

• AI / ML: demonstrated understanding and experience with application of ML, LLMs, generative AI

• Analysis and Development: data blending, analytics, query tools such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, DataIQ

• Data Platforms: Salesforce Data Cloud, D&B RevUp ABX, Liveramp

• Marketing Automation and Orchestration: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder and related capabilities

• Reporting and Analytics: Visual and standard tools such as Tableau, PowerBI

• Banking and Financial Services: Domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking, customer journeys, customer experience (CX)

• Compliance: abreast of financial services regulations, privacy and consent requirements (CCPA, GDPR, etc)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, MIS or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• At least ten years demonstrated experience

• Banking / financial services experience
