Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment (Bridgeport, Haas Minimill)

• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring precise tolerances

• Program, select tools, and determine machining sequences

• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments

• Act as a lead when the Machine Shop Supervisor is absent

• Promote teamwork and effective communication in a positive work environment

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 5 years of machine shop experience

• Proficient with CNC machinery and Edgecam software

• communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency
