Mechanical and Maintenance Technician Wanted!

Are you an experienced technician with a passion for keeping machinery running smoothly? We are looking for a skilled Mechanical and Maintenance Technician to support our Production and Packaging operations in an active Pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Oversee general building repair and maintenance.

• Maintain and repair production machinery in compliance with strict industry standards.

• Troubleshoot systems like boilers, DI water systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.

• Provide maintenance for Tabletting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Blending, and Packaging departments.

• Modify and install new equipment and implement engineering upgrades.

• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repair power distribution systems.

• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.

• Perform weekly bag house clean and change, along with monthly Preventive Maintenance checks.

Skills Required:

• Technical training in electronic systems, pneumatic systems, HVAC, high-pressure boilers.

• Basic understanding of cGMP compliance.

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

• Ability to work in environments with dust and loose air particles.

1st Shift - 7:30 AM - 3:30PM 2nd Shift - 3:30pm-12:00pm

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a production environment.
