Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a talented and professional Bilingual Spanish Speaking HR Generalist for a client in the Melville, NY area.

As the HR Generalist, you will:

• Use your Spanish language skills to communicate with employees and department managers regarding all HR related matters.

• Work closely with the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources including full cycle recruiting, employee orientations, employee relations, benefits administration, assisting with payroll and HR compliance reporting.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Create a positive, inclusive and supportive HR environment.

• Advocate and maintain our company culture and values.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written & spoken) is required.

• Proven working experience in Human Resources.

• People-oriented and results-driven.

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
