Graphic Designers are part of the company's creative team and requires a creative eye and open mind to working with worldwide brands and offices. Designers can expect to be trained on site in all processes and programs used by the team.

The designer role responsibilities includes:

• Research and create conceptual 3D for new client bids for retail displays

• Seeing a project to completion from concept sketches/3D to pre/post production artwork set up

• Design and develop seasonal update 3D design as per client needs

• Create in-depth presentations that showcases work, concepts, mood boards and material research

• Answer questions and find solutions for issues that arise during job production

• Work with the team to continuously raise the level or expectations, and to bring new ways of working and presenting work

Skills required

• Adobe creative suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

• Microsoft office, outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and effective labels for skincare products, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that enhance product packaging and appeal to target audiences.

• Create mock-ups and prototypes to present design ideas, ensuring alignment with product positioning and market trends.

• Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity of product information on labels.

• Coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure high-quality production of labels, including color accuracy and material selection.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in label design and skincare packaging to maintain competitive advantage.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines effectively.
