Human Resources CoordinatorTheHuman Resources Coordinatorwill assist the HR Manager in providing human resources support to hourly and salaried employees. Provides support in managing human resource initiatives and employee relations at plant location. Responsible for partnering with center of excellence recruiting team for hourly recruitment and on-boarding.In this role, you will be responsible for:Manage & assist recruitment of hourly production employees; working with corporate recruiter, supervisor, and candidates.Work to schedule & assist with all new hire orientationManage timecards, payroll processing, and reporting.Maintains inventory and working order of lockers, locks, and badges. Creates, activates, and deactivates employee badges, as needed.Maintains employee personnel files and all other HR related files.Assists with maintaining reports, for production, HR, and safety departments, to include attendance report, etc.Manage cheese and butter order processing. Submit employee product requests form to customer service. Sort product and communicate with employees as to pick up status when product has arrived.Assist in providing communication to the plant in the form of newsletters, digital monitor system, postings, etc.And much more!Experience -Education (Required):Associate degree 1 year experience in HR or Administrative role OR in lieu of degree 3 years experience in Human Resources/Administrate Coordinator role or similarExperience with computers, proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).Preferred Education and Experience:Undergraduate degree in human resources or a related field.2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.Experience working in Workday, ADP or other similar HRIS.Payroll experience highly preferred.Bilingual in Spanish.Competencies-Skills Required:Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Must work well with people, both the general public and employeesProficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common software applications.Communicates and administers HR related policies/procedures fairly and consistently.Handles all HR matters confidentially and with great tact and professionalism.Willingness to learn and advance education through attending training workshops and meetings.Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
