The Farm Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our equipment fleet, including but not limited to tractors and other farming equipment. Typical work hours are Monday - Friday 7 am to 4 pm with some opportunities to work additional hours/weekends. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position including a compensation package prepared to meet your needs.  Paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement, short and long term disability and life insurance.    

Ideal candidates will have the following knowledge/qualities. 

• Diesel and hydraulics knowledge

• Electrical knowledge

• Small engine knowledge

• Welding and Fabrications experience

• A great attitude and the willingness to learn

• Valid driver’s license and some local travel will be required

• Have their own tools

  No experience?  We will train candidates who are mechanically inclined and willing to learn!
