Here’s a snapshot of your day:

The Workplace Experience Lead role is responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences and service to staff members, guests and the community, ensuring qualitative customer outcomes are realised. The individual must ensure they and their team liaise professionally and appropriately with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders at every interaction whilst supporting the client on behalf of CBRE.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Boardroom attendants’ onsite team. Communicate and adjust any changes to Roster and forecast any upcoming extra resources that are needed to be approved by Client.

  • First point of contact for all visitors, meeting and greeting all visitors, offering refreshments and escorting to meeting rooms.

  • Organisation and set up of meeting rooms and anticipating the needs of the users (i.e. refreshments, IT set up, movement of partition walls etc).

  • Organisation and set up of internal events and assistance with external events, assisting the Events Manager with catering / Events tasks.

  • Manage office supplies of Level 14, knowing when to reach out for Facilities support.

  • Conducting Inspections on a monthly basis and reporting back to Operations manager.

  • Providing input to the monthly Contract review and Client meetings by creating a PowerPoint slide presentation informing key updates for the month.

  • Identifying innovation ideas in the Visitor Experience space and reporting to the Operations manager to collaboratively plan way to implement.

  • Administration and finance support, passing on of supplier invoices in a timely manner.

  • Ensure kitchen items are well stocked, in addition to set up and shut down of the coffee machine, and ensuring snacks and refreshments are stocked

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the Workplace Experience Industry;

  • 3+ year's reception experience gained within a corporate office environment.

  • Management experience desired, but not essential
