An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead the Birdseye brand, working across our Potato, Snacks and PBM (Plant Based Meals) categories from our Mentone APAC Headquarters.

Reporting into the Head of Freezer Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager - Potato Snacks & PBM's primary role is to ensure achievement of targets for profitability, growth, innovation and equity of brands, products and categories within the Frozen Potato, Snacks & PBM portfolio by developing and executing the commercial operations plan. This includes ensuring effective and efficient delivery of retail objectives to meet the consumer and customer requirements - both within timeframe and budget.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of an insights-based customer/channel first commercial operations plan 0-3 years

  • Support the strategic development of the 0-3 year brand plans

  • Support the Head of Freezer Marketing in developing & executing the CST strategy 1-10 year plan

  • Take responsibility with sales & central marketing for delivering and executing the 0-12 month commercial operations plan to enable sales to deliver the annual contract (including NPI, communications, activations etc)

  • Manage annual A&P allocated to category (via commercial operations plan process) to achieve 0-3 year contract

  • Lead, manage and develop a direct report to support our potato, snacks and PBMs category

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategy

  • Ability to understand and analyse detailed financial information and reports

  • Experience within a brand management role in the food or FMCG industry is preferred

  • Substantial experience in managing a budget

  • Experience in partnering with senior level stakeholders to drive decision making

  • Demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships

  • Possess an engaging personality with experience in motivating and driving a high performing marketing team to achieve favorable results.
