Here’s a snapshot of your day:

Reporting to the Critical Facilities Manager, the Critical Maintenance Manager (CMMS) will have such responsibilities as:

  • Updating the 52 Week Plans, and continually reviewing asset management/maintenance plans.

  • Continually refining the CMMS system data/information including maintenance performed, uploading of service reports, faults/RCA, updating of asset information.

  • Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and WO processes.

  • CMMS Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule data entry, coordination & Customer follow-up of Change Management approval.

  • Support the contract Critical Facility Manager and senior engineer in managing all contractual paperwork and compliance documentation.

  • Sourcing relevant data to support completion of monthly, and quarterly reports.

  • Ensures compliance with, local, state and federal regulatory requirements including environmental, building, fire, health & safety.

  • Customer Relationship Management - Maintain positive relationship with the Clients/Customers.

Skills and experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record in a data centre operations, maintenance, and engineering supporting Tier 3 or greater critical facilities operations role which has included responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth.

  • Dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers and customers.

  • Worked within a matrix organisation.
