Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Rep provides support to Enterprise and Major Sales Account Reps to drive deals from business development to closure. This is a cross functional role which may work with legal, customer success, finance, renewal, and quoting teams to ensure deals are closed effectively. An ISR may be responsible for the full-sales cycle for commercial level businesses independently.

Position Overview: The Trellix Inside Sales Professional will master the company’s business goals and go-to-market strategies, effectively communicating the Trellix value proposition and differentiators to clients. They will manage accounts within a designated territory, identify new business opportunities, and expand Trellix's presence. Key responsibilities include building relationships with decision-makers, addressing customer needs, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer success and revenue growth. The role involves working closely with channel partners and overseeing the entire sales process from initiation to post-sale support, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of technology sales, product, or business development experience, ideally in the Security Software industry.

  • Lead generation by Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong skills in time management, account and territory management, verbal and written communication, and presenting.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for generating new business opportunities.

  • Provide support to the sales team by scheduling and coordinating meetings, demos, and follow-ups

  • Open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.
