The Opportunity

  • Work on a contemporary A-Grade commercial asset for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.

  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services(hard and soft services) within the building

  • Work on sustainability initiatives to maintain a 6 star NABERS Energy

  • Reporting to a Senior Facilities Manager in a precinct of two assets.

  • Gain exposure and experience in managing building refurbishment projects and lift upgrades.

  • Manage tenant fitouts with an anchor tenant relocating to the asset in 2026.

About you

  • Facilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset

  • Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

  • A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
