The Opportunity
Are you a recent Property Graduate looking to take that first step in your Commercial Property career, or have previous administration experience in the industry and now looking to work for a market leader?
You’ll work collaboratively with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties.
Here's what you will focus on;
• Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant’s requests
• Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
• Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
• Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
• General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
• Previous administration experience with high level attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
• Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
• A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice course or working towards it
