What you will do

Responsible for achieving product sales to new and established national/key accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

You will also communicate incentive plan parameters and goals, manage expenses to stay within budget, and assign quotas and accounts to individual sales staff:

Key Responsibilities

• Creates a tactical plan to achieve objectives through the sales and servicing of large national/key accounts within a prescribed territory.

• Contacts and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.

• Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.

• Plan, direct and coordinate territory management activities such as implementing marketing and sales programs on a timely manner to build and grow the Company's business in designated territory assigned.

• Continue rapid business development through working closely with our key customers and distributor to achieve designated territory sales target distribution and merchandising objectives.

• Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities with speed and excellence.

• Support the development of effective distribution and maintain healthy inventory system in the trade.

• Manage distributors sales rep in achieving business results

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelors Degree; Business related course is a plus

• Min 5 Years in FMCG Sales Experience either Modern Trade or General Trade

• Exposure to a FMCG sales structure

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience distributor management experience

• Commercially focused with strong financial acumen and a high level of attention to detail

• High level of motivation with an ability to create a positive and engaging environment with team members and sales operation team

• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites and stores.
