Kelly Services Event Planner in Medley, Florida

• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

• Training (1-2 weeks) then fully remotely.

• Shift: 20 to 25 hours a week;

• Utilize your deep understanding of social media/marketing.

• Showcase your MS 365 Office experience.

• Exhibit your strong time management abilities.

• Apply your website/CRM knowledge and maintenance skills.

• Manage and update the client's website on a daily basis.

• Create and upload content such as pictures, news, member directory updates, committee news, FCBF events, ads, and other relevant materials.

• Create email blasts for events and send out a weekly newsletter.

• Coordinate with management and speakers to create original flyers and disseminate them through email marketing services, website, social media, and affiliated partnerships.

• Manage event registrations, create name tags, collect presentations from speakers, prepare materials for display, assist in managing the registration table, and handle other event-related tasks.

• Manage social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) by uploading pictures, posting relatable content, and marketing FCBF events.

• Reply to posts, comments, and tags on social media.

• Arrange conference calls and meetings for committee chairs.

• Maintain a current list of committee members.

• Manage emails and Zoom voicemails.

What’s a typical day as an Event Planner? You’ll be:

• Utilizing your deep understanding of social media/marketing to create and upload content on the client's website.

• Creating email blasts for events and sending out a weekly newsletter.

• Coordinating with management and speakers to create original flyers and disseminate them through various channels.

• Managing event registrations, creating name tags, collecting presentations from speakers, and preparing materials for display.

• Assisting in managing the registration table at in-person events.

• Preparing agendas and PowerPoint presentations for various events.

• Sending out surveys to evaluate seminars.

• Managing the client's social media sites by uploading pictures, posting relatable content, and marketing events.

• Reply to posts, comments, and tags on social media.

• Arranging conference calls and meetings for committee chairs.

• Maintaining a current list of committee members.

• Managing emails and Zoom voicemails.
