Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Medley, Florida

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Medley, Florida. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via phone calls, addressing their queries, and maintaining customer records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their orders and resolve any issues that may arise

• Show empathy and understanding while handling customer concerns

• Learn quickly to adapt to our fast-paced work environment

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including responding to emails

• Ensure punctuality and regular availability during assigned shifts

• Utilize your typing skills (40+wpm) for efficient communication

• Use your bilingual skills, if available, to communicate with a diverse group of customers

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in high-pressure situations. Requirements • Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role or similar customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred

• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals

• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines set by the company for customer interaction

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays if required

• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to customer service

• Demonstrated patience in dealing with customer issues and inquiries.
