Job Description

Program Supervisor - Crisis RTF

$22.50 per hour

Elwyn is searching for a passionate 3rd shift Program Supervisor to join our Crisis Residential team. You'll oversee a small group home, ensuring resident well-being and smooth operations.

Rate: $22.50 per hour $2000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits

Shift: 11 pm - 7 am, four weekdays + every other weekend. Media, PA (Elwyn campus)

Responsibilities

Resident Care and Treatment: Ensure resident treatment plans are followed. Provide clinical support for client community integration. Oversee staff training and resident documentation. Cooperate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality programming. Staff Leadership and Development: Supervise staff in recruitment, training, performance management, and more. Foster a supportive environment for staff and residents. Safety and Operations Management: Complete administrative tasks like scheduling, safety checks, reports, and vehicle logs. Cooperate with operations management. Perform CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, or a related field (e.g., medicine, social work, psychology). Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with individuals facing behavioral health and/or intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) challenges. Experience in clinical assessment, mental health diagnosis, and working with drug and alcohol populations (preferred). Strong supervisory experience, problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication, and time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. CPR/First Aid certified with crisis intervention training. Valid driver's license with clean driving record and 3 years of US driving experience.
