We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will leverage your profound expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks to lead and support complex engineering projects. Your role will encompass strategic oversight of project execution, meticulous risk management, and the facilitation of collaboration across diverse teams. By championing continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring transparent communication, you will play a crucial role in driving the attainment of project milestones and organizational objectives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

You will:

  • Utilize strong proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Apply an Agile mindset and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban to optimize team performance and project delivery.

  • Oversee project management and task assignments to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies as necessary.

  • Manage project dependencies effectively to minimize delays and optimize resource allocation.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and detailed delivery plans.

  • Maintain proactive stakeholder communication, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project deliverables and milestones.

  • Contribute to the development of delivery strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting learning, innovation, and process refinement.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts, provide clear direction, and encourage collaboration among team members.

    You have:

  • A relevant degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing engineering teams and overseeing project delivery.

  • Technical knowledge relevant to the industry and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Proficiency in English at a C1-C2 level, enabling effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.

  • Supervising and guiding engineering teams and their operations to enforce technical standards and best practices.

  • Establish technical objectives, timelines and resources to achieve project success.

  • Lead research and development processes to solve complex problems.
