Quality Engineer CO-OP (Fall 2024) - 75417  

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Quality Engineering CO-OP in the Mechanicsburg, PA facility for the Fall Semester of 2024. This position is on-site so the ideal candidate will be located in the general area. This will be a full-time position. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role.

What will you do?  * Participate in continuous improvement activities like Kaizen events  * Analyze data and make suggestions for process improvement  * Assist Quality Manager and team in quality management in the Distribution Center  * Assist in building Quality awareness and programs  * Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Tableau to manage dashboards  * Other projects as needed / working alongside seasoned professionals

What qualifications will make you successful?  * Working towards Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related bachelor's degree  * Have some experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau  * Junior or Senior in college  * You are a team player who has a great attitude and strong work ethic
