Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Unit Supervisor in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. As a unit supervisor, this individual will be responsible for supervising Youth Care Professionals working the front-end shift. They will be responsible for spending time on the floor supporting the YCP with kids. Responsibilities include making sure they are engaged in activities. They will need to make sure that the next shift is fully staffed. They will need to complete all paperwork and reports are documents correctly. There is also the opportunity to work with a separate residential program. Overall, the preferred candidate will have strong problem solving and leadership skills. They will be flexible and have a team player mentality to aid in training other staff.

Salary ranges from $50-60,000 based on experience

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related field

 Bilingual (English/ Spanish) highly preferred

 Experience working with immigration, child welfare, social services

 Experience supervising a team direct care professional, case managers and others

 Knowledge of ORR policies

 Understanding of trauma informed care principles and working with diverse populations

 Comfortable with working longer hours when necessary null
