Job description

• Greet and assist customers looking for information, making a reservation, and checking in for their rental.
• Handle cash and card transactions using a Clover POS
• General cleaning of the building, restocking of dune accessories and concessions.
• Answer and return phone calls to answer questions or offer booking assistance.
• Make reservations using FareHarbor booking system.
• Go over different vehicle types, rules of the ORV Park and Company policy. 
• Restock merchandise

• Assist on Sunset Tours by engaging with the customers
