10-hours/week - Children, Youth, and Family Director wanted to work closely within multi-generational ministry, along with pastor and volunteers, while creating and coordinating curriculum and activities. Enthusiastic leadership and empathetic kindness are musts. Demonstrates vibrant, Christian faith, knowledge of the Bible and a strong public discipleship. Familiarity with United Methodist Church policy is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree preferred with knowledge of child development and current youth culture.
