Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med/Surg Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in McMinnville, OR. As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients in our medical-surgical unit during the night shift. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify individualized care plans

• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families

• Respond to and manage patient emergencies

• Document patient care services accurately and timely in electronic health records

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med/Surg unit preferred

• BLS required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Pay Details: $34.00 to $65.00 per hour
