What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement advanced algorithms based on Gen AI to solve complex problems.

• Design and build data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data. Manage and maintain the code base to ensure its scalability and efficiency.

• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve the interaction between users and the AI system.

• Lead projects from conception to completion, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the AI system, making necessary adjustments and improvements.

What You Will Need:

• Master's Degree in Data Science or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

• At minimum Four (4) years of hands-on experience building Machine Learning Pipelines.

• A strong understanding of Gen AI and its applications. Proficiency in designing and building data pipelines.

• Experience in managing and maintaining a large code base. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its applications in AI.

• Proven experience in leading and managing projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience in working with cloud-based platforms.

• AWS and Tableau Certifications.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
