Noblis Project Manager in McLean, Virginia

Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work hand in glove with government leaders and industry performers to develop, monitor, and implement capabilities within a highly dynamic and mission-oriented environment located within the McLean, VA area.

The Project Manager will lead and oversee the deployment of technical solutions and processes, procedures, and communications to effectively target, assess, exploit, and report risks and vulnerabilities of systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

  • Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong project management skills to identify solutions and recommend applicable courses of action for senior leadership.

  • Understanding of IT systems and IT development cycles.

  • Ability to work on multiple efforts while also working independently and identifying own workload to progress multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong people skills to develop relationships across the organization and work within a network of stakeholders to progress IT system developments.

  • Ability to identify problems, assess solutions, and generate viable solutions for senior leadership decision-making.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written to describe complex technical problems to senior leadership.

Desired Qualifications

  • Apply expertise in data analysis, research methods, engineering and technical knowledge, and project management to analyze project requirements, risks, and performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to project stakeholders.

  • Lead or support feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate the viability and potential return on investment of proposed projects, developing project plans and schedules, and identifying key milestones and deliverables.

  • Ability to evaluate and assess the feasibility, effectiveness, and impact of projects to support decision-making and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Develop or support the development of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, facilitate decision-making, and ensure accountability and transparency.

  • Ability to monitor and track project progress, performance, and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

Posted Salary Range

USD $151,700.00 - USD $237,050.00 /Yr.
