Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of analytics products, from dashboards to data sets, ensuring their alignment with business requirements through effective collaboration with enterprise architecture and data analytics teams.

• Manage the full life cycle of data product management, including project management duties to ensure timely delivery and continuous learning as our analytical capabilities advance.

• Act as a strategic partner to various business units, developing tools and datasets to address specific business challenges.

• Drive the strategy for key reservation and customer care products, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize projects in alignment with business goals.

• Facilitate requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and user testing processes to optimize product functionality and impact.

• Oversee quality assurance testing phases, including UAT/Alpha/Beta, and manage change documentation for product releases.

  Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Degree/GED required.

• 8+ years of professional experience.

• 4+ years in creating and analyzing management reports.

• 2+ years in product management, including requirements gathering and product lifecycle management.

• 2+ years in designing and developing reports and dashboards.

• Experience with major BI tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, SAS, Qlik).

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (BA/BS, MBA/Masters) in an analytically-oriented field.

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on customer and loyalty data.

• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills.
