About the Organization:

Our client's Global Technology team is at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation, creating advanced hospitality experiences for their guests, owners, and team members. By innovating and deploying cutting-edge technology, they support continued global growth and maintain a leading position in the industry. As a remote IT Agile Delivery Lead, you will serve as the technology delivery leader responsible for planning, driving, supporting, and implementing strategic projects and initiatives. This role is embedded within the Software Engineering/Property Platforms team, working closely with small scrum teams and larger project teams to drive initiatives from ideation through delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps and schedules in partnership with technology leads, architects, business partners, and development teams.

• Manage all agile ceremonies for two pods, coordinating release plans and reporting progress using Jira.

• Establish program cadence to support various delivery teams, identifying dependencies, risks, and issues, and mitigating them effectively.

• Maintain accountability for risk/issue identification, mitigation, and communication, building plans that visualize delivery for PMO leadership and executive audiences.

• Develop positive relationships with organizational peers, influencing them through knowledge of technology capabilities and delivery capacity.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in managing delivery and agile/scrum activities for at least two small/medium pods.

• Extensive experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Proven track record in leading projects with an onshore/offshore team model and overseeing large multi-functional project teams.

• Strong background in Information Technology, with a hospitality background being a plus but not required.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field, with significant professional experience in technology/product environments.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at building and managing relationships with teams, PMO, and leading efforts with delivery teams.
