This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! As a Coordinator FF&E Strategic Sourcing, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the HSM FF&E team reporting to the Senior Manager FF&E Sourcing, you will work on projects including supporting the sourcing and supply chain management for Hilton’s Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) programs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Assist with product sample ordering and tracking for model rooms, warehouse reviews and other sourcing efforts
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and management of supplier information in all systems
  • Support category management functions such as supplier reporting, demand planning, and annual pricing reviews

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Assist Category Managers with the administration of sourcing events, including content development and analysis

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Manage supplier documentation, including warranties, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines, drawings, and specifications

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of professional work experience in corporate setting
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • One (1) year Adobe experience (pdf file editing)

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience working in Salesforce
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Work experience in hospitality, procurement, or a related field
