Athenix Solutions Group is seeking Operations Advisors to support operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Operations Advisor candidates will have prior experience with the full HUMINT cycle. They provide guidance and operational support by leveraging their own operational experience, providing context and perspective to operational challenges and opportunities. They bring geographical or domain experience and help mentor less experienced officers in these specialized fields.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant professional experience

• Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools

• Strong briefing and writing skills

• The ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

Desired Qualifications

• Client operations certification

• Overseas experience of at least two overseas tours or from extensive overseas TDY experience

• Service as field office chief or deputy chief

• Experience in intelligence operations, analysis, and support to field operations

• Experience identifying targets/leads by exploiting all-source databases

• Experience using customer processes and systems to communicate with field offices
