  • Shift/Schedule PRN Nights 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. Min of 6 shifts every 6 weeks and one minor and major holiday per year

Neonatal Intensive Care

Patient Population: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring for infants 22 weeks gestation and up

Patient Ratios: 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity

Number of Beds: 13

Department Specifics: Level III Designated NICU, Greater than 95% BSN, 34% Specialty Certified, 200+ admission annually, and active Unit Practice Council

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited course or have at least 2 years of experience surpassing the minimal qualification required.

  • Field of Study: The applicable major should be nursing.

  • A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role is expected.

  • Certification: Hold a BLS certificate now or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.

  • Registered Nurse License
