Job Title: RecruiterJob Description

  • Utilize sourcing strategies and applicant tracking software (ICIMS) to identify potential candidates

  • Onboard new hires by following up on tasks, conducting touch points, checking compliance, and ensuring timely process completion

  • Assist in new hire orientations as needed

  • Perform regular check-ins with new employees and resolve issues or questions to reduce attrition rates

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience

  • Experience working with internal hiring managers

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking software (ICIMS)

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

  • Problem-solving skills

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in McGregor, Texas and some days remote.

Work Environment

Large insulation manufacturer. Will work closely with a Talent Acquisition Team of 6 others. Flexible 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours a week
