Our client, a premier food manufacturer is seeking a Mechanic Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that is developing groundbreaking products to support healthier living!

Pay : $23-$30/hr

Schedule : 2nd shift (M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm) or 3 rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-7:00am); OT as needed

Job Type: Contract-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue and correct problems with components and systems throughout the facility.

• Thorough knowledge of automated packaging machinery operation, troubleshooting and repair; pump theory, operation, and repair; pneumatic principles, application troubleshooting and repair; hydraulic principles, application troubleshooting and repair.

• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

• Work safely with both low and high voltage circuits and diagnose electric motor, motor control and device control problems.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 5 years of related experience (industrial mechanic/electrical)

• Experience with food processing and packaging equipment preferred.
