Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Imaging Services Supervisor, you will provide patient care and assistance to the technologists working in all modalities. You will work collaboratively under the supervision of the Director and Manager of Imaging Services. What You Will Do In This Role:

  • As part of the Imaging Team, you will provide patient care in areas of need and assist in the provision and development of professional leadership.

  • You will facilitate communications between the Imaging Services Department and members of the medical staff and other hospital departments.

  • You will ensure staff completes all hospital mandatory requirements by deadline established by the Director/Manager or hospital.

  • You will uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times (“customer” includes patients, family members, co-workers, referring physicians, etc.).

  • You will promote individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education.

  • You will actively work to establish PI activities within the Imaging Department.

  • You will actively assist the Director and Manager in the department’s financial and clinical management responsibilities.

  • You will assist the Director and Manager in maintaining facility and employee credentials up to date.

What qualifications you will need:

  • ARRT Registered in Radiography

  • BLS Certification

  • Experience in multiple modalities preferred
