Adecco is hiring immediately for Maintenance Techs at a local client in McCalla, AL . Maintenance Techs do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $21.63 - $35.90/hr. , plus available overtime. In this role, you will support Operational Performance Metrics, support annual operating plans, perform 5S audits and develop ideas for Kaizen and participate in implementation.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience required

• High School Diploma/GED

• Advanced technical training – mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC

• Clear understanding of lean principals and the application of lean tools

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and Weekends
