Prepare and provide necessary reports to sales team and management

• Ensuring full integration of data from different sources in one data warehouse J&J MEDCEE Region

• Automatization of reports, dashboards

• Providing insights and recommendations based on sales, market data & sales force effectiveness analysis to identify opportunities

• Supporting pricing and rebate policy

• Cooperate with Finance Lead

• Supporting, implementation and continuous development of tools facilitating business processes and sales tools

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in analytical area (ideally in Sales, market data, sales effectiveness, sales support)

• Analytical thinking, ability to formulate relevant conclusions, strong business focus is essential for this position.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; SAP, MS Access, Salesforce CRM knowledge would be an advantage

• Ability to use and implement Business Intelligence solutions (SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI, SF) is a plus

• A professional and persuasive attitude

• Good English (written and verbal)
