What You Will Do

The Job Title is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the Commercial Excellence Central Europe Team, responsible for Perfect Store for Central Eastern Europe (CEE) Mass and Pharma, prioritize opportunities based on Size of Prize (SOP) with special focus on Lead Market, Poland

• Provide analytical support for annual Perfect Store opportunity-sizing and ambition-setting process

• Collaborate cross-functionally and enable action plan delivery, track success, provide insights for course corrections

• Coordinate process and plans integration for the whole CEE

• Prepare management summaries, presentations, reports and business cases to support operations & strategy of the Commercial Team

• Cooperation with 3rd party providers

• Generate best-in-class business insights from dedicated systems & tools, ensure data driven business decisions

• Provide insights based on ad hoc analytics

• Set up, maintain in-store KPIs tracking with Image Recognition methodology, validate data accuracy

• Drive MSL (Must Stock List) Design and Tracking process

• Design and manage dashboards and automated reports

• Embed KPIs within the Sales and Marketing operations

• Drive data utilization within cross-functional teams

• Contribute to build Superior Executional Capability

• Center of Excellence for Perfect Store methodology, adapt best global practices, customize solutions to local needs

• Deliver trainings and coaching

• Share learnings and drive best practice adaptations within DACH Cluster teams

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At Least 3-5 years of experience in analytical area (ideally proven business experience, preferable from Commercial analytics or other relevant function e.g. in Customer Development/ Sales /Shopper Marketing

• Ability to translate data into powerful insights supported by professional and persuasive attitude

• Experience in Market research agency, Nielsen, Insight Health, IQVIA is a significant plus

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & ability to use and implement Business Intelligence solutions (SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience in working in projects, deliver on milestones and work with different functions in an international environment

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree required

• Excellent English (written and verbal)

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in business planning process

• Project management skills

• FMCG experience would be an advantage and good understanding of FMCG market
