Adecco US, Inc. Machine Shop Operator in Mayville, Wisconsin

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operating, setting up, and adjusting NC/CNC lathes and machining centers to produce high-quality parts.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure parts meet exact specifications (passing a blueprint test is required).

  • Maintaining quality control by performing first-piece and ongoing inspections.

  • Completing routine machine maintenance and keeping your work area clean and organized.

  • Following all safety protocols and maintaining accurate records on productivity, quality, and safety.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Can read and understand blueprints.

  • Has experience using micrometers and dial calipers for precision measurement.

  • Possesses strong visual acuity (corrected).

  • Has good manual dexterity for machine operation.

  • Enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

  • Can maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Is a team player with a strong work ethic.

  • Can lift up to 30 lbs frequently.

  • Has excellent communication and reading skills.
