*Adecco is seeking a Machine Shop Operator to join our team in Mayville, WI. This position involves performing production work on a variety of machines, including NC/CNC machines, loading and unloading parts, and conducting basic inspections to ensure the quality of the parts produced. This is a direct hire, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for career advancement in the machining field.*

Location: 100% Onsite, 600 S. Clark Street, Mayville, WI

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM (with mandatory overtime up to 10 hours and every other Saturday as needed)

Pay Rate: $19.84 per hour

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Operate NC/CNC machines to produce high-quality parts

• Load and unload parts from machines

• Perform basic inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards

• Follow all safety protocols regarding machine operation and proper guarding

• Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety

• Opportunity to advance to the Machine Shop Operator #2 classification with skill development

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of machine operating experience

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently

• Basic reading and writing skills to follow work order instructions and complete production reports

• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts

• Manual dexterity to properly operate equipment
