Responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs.

Qualifications:**

· Current Kentucky RN license or Compact State

· Basic Life Support (BLS) required once month from hire

· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire date
