Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in MAYFIELD, Ohio, 44143-2109, United States. This role is fundamental to reviewing current business operations procedures and/or processes, researching improvements, and proactively making recommendations to re-engineer process with a focus on increasing efficiencies. As a Project Manager, you will be leading the execution and adoption of improvements to new and existing business processes and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage multiple large and strategic/complex projects or processes simultaneously.

• Identify and recommend process or technology improvements by investigating business processes, identifying customer needs, researching competitors, and understanding business area goals.

• Consult with stakeholders to identify requirements for new or existing business processes and technologies and recommend effective solutions.

• Develop project plans and contribute to project documentation such as timelines, initiation documents, work breakdown structures, estimates, implementation and communication plans, risk assessment, etc.

• Assist with or lead the design and development of communication, training, and sponsorship plans.

• Leverage concepts such as prototyping, demonstrations, focus groups, pilots, workflows, surveys, risk assessments, and customer scenarios to ensure the successful creation and adoption of process and technology improvements.

• Communicate regularly with the project team, sponsors, and stakeholders to deliver project updates and gather input to address issues and keep the project on track.

• Collaborate across the organization to achieve business goals which may include communications, training, creative services, IT, and other groups.

• Evaluate the success of the solution once elevated, which may include reporting, participating, and/or leading the post-implementation review and creating and executing a post-implementation plan. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Project Management.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven management skills with the ability to lead a team.

• Sales experience, preferably in a related industry.

• Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in marketing, including the design and delivery of presentations.

• Proven ability to train team members and stakeholders.

• Strategic planning and execution skills.

• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and planning processes.

• Knowledge of finance principles and practices.

• Experience with workstation support and consulting.

• Strong negotiation skills and implementation experience.

• Experience with automation processes and tools.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders.

• Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives.

• Experience in research and analysis.
