Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Spa and Retail Manager to lead our spa team andconvenience marketteam. As the Spa and Retail Manager, you will report directly to our Director of Operations. This person will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of spa andconvenience marketoperations, ensuring impeccable service quality, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

· Oversee staff scheduling and training

· Maintain and enhance the spa andconvenience market’s reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

· Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and have a memorable spa experience.

· Address guest feedback and concerns promptly, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.

· Implement guest-centric initiatives to enhance the overall spa and gas station experience.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and sanitation protocols.

· Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

· Implement and oversee staff training on safety procedures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

· Strong leadership and team-building skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in spa software and Microsoft Office suite.

· A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
